KUMHO is rolling out a number of new additions to its ECSTA range of ultra-high performance tyres in 2005 and all feature strongly on its stand no 6330 at Autosport International.

Most important of these is the all-new ECSTA SPT KU31 range which is soon to replace the well-proven Supra 712.

The ECSTA SPT KU31 will be available in no less than 65 sizes, most with extra load capability and Y speed rating. Combining KUMHO's race-derived tyre technology with some of the latest innovations in road tyre design, the new tyre incorporates a number of features designed to enhance the driving experience.

These include:
• Patented rotate wear indicators to enable visual monitoring of tread life
• Special notches to protect against water turbulence through longitudinal grooves
• An even wear profile helping to suppress noise levels as tread depth reduces
• Asymmetric groove profile for high speed driving stability
• Slashed lateral grooves to increase water evacuation
• New silica-based compound ensuring maximum wet performance
• XRP run-flat size for Mini fitment
• The ECSTA logo in centre rib for high visual appeal
