 Pailler bags first rallycross win for Kumho

Kumho celebrated its first win in the European Rallycross Championship on 25th May when Jean Luc Pailler took the chequered flag at the second round at Essay-Orne in France.
Driving a Peugeot 206 WRC on Kumho’s latest specification ECSTA radial rallycross tyres in wet conditions on the 55% tarmac and 45% loose surface circuit, experienced Frenchman Pailler beat off determined opposition from Sweden’s Kenneth Hansen and Ludvig Hunsbedt from Norway to record a memorable maiden victory for the Korean tyre manufacturer.
Pailler now shares the lead in the ultra competitive series with reigning
European Champion Hansen.
The next round is at Greinbach in Austria on 8th June.
